1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members, witnesses and members of the public to the meeting.
1.1 Apologies were received from Lindsay Whittle, there were no substitutions.
2. Inquiry into Home Adaptations - Evidence session 1
3. Inquiry into Home Adaptations - Evidence session 2
3.1 The witnesses agreed to provide a note to the Committee on the Performance Indicator monitoring process across Wales and how it could be improved.
4. Inquiry into Home Adaptations - Evidence session 3
4.1 The Commissioner agreed to provide a note on what can be done to address discrepancies between tenures and is there a need to introduce a single adaptations system that applies across Wales and across tenures.
4.2 The Commissioner agreed to provide the Committee with the correspondence received from the letters referred to in her paper.
5. Inquiry into Home Adaptations - Evidence session 4
6. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting
6.1 Motion agreed.
7. Regulated Mobile Home Sites (Wales) Bill
7.1 Members agreed the draft letter subject to a minor amendment.
